I'm currently reading book 2, Caliban's War and enjoying it. I'm also watching season 2 of the Syfy channel's "The Expanse" based on the novels as they appear. I enjoy both versions, there are many characters in common, and the overarching setup is the same, but they really changed a lot for the TV show. While The Expanse TV series will be ending its run on SYFY after three seasons, it’s far from the end for series creator James S.A. are at least two more novels in The Expanse book series before Corey will bring that saga to a once Corey finishes the last Expanse novel, a brand new sci-fi epic will be on the horizon..
